“I heal by getting out of the way and letting universal life/love energy flow through me. More than anything, I realize now, just how much healing is truly a mind, body and spirit endeavor. True healing is achieved by balance and healing in all of these areas. However, I honestly say that the majority of my healing experiences have shown me that spiritual healing is the most effective and fastest way to heal. Letting God in, and letting the universal love energy flow through you is the way to overcome your challenges and move forward on your path. Receiving healing can really help you in this area.
Healing is really a personal endeavor and it is something you must take responsibility for. When you delegate this task to doctors or other healers, it will not help you to to truly heal. You can go to healers, but you must be receptive to changing the things in your life that led you to your current state of illness or imbalance. Often people receive healing, but their energy goes right back to the previous state of imbalance because of the thoughts they hold, and their focus and intentions. My goal is to help people heal themselves as well.”
